Backorder Policy
At CoreWell, we aim to provide accurate product availability and transparent communication throughout the ordering process. In the event that an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we’ve established the following policy to ensure smooth processing and protection for both our customers and our brand partners.
Payment on Backordered Items
When an order is placed for a backordered product, your payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other) will be charged at the time of purchase. This allows us to maintain efficient order management and minimize fulfillment complications while keeping your place in line for the next available shipment.

While You Wait
If you placed a backorder unintentionally, or prefer not to wait for the restock, you have two options:

Modify your order:
You may browse our site for comparable in-stock products. If you’d like to change your order, simply place a new one and contact us right away to cancel and refund your original purchase. -
Cancel your order:
If your item has not shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund once we confirm the cancellation with the manufacturer.

Refunds are typically processed within four (4) business days, though your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the transaction.
Order Status and Updates
If we don’t receive written instructions from you prior to shipment, we’ll assume that you wish to keep your backorder active. Our team will continue to coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to fulfill your order as soon as possible. We’ll notify you immediately once your item ships, including tracking and freight information.
Estimated Arrival Times (ETA)
Please note that all estimated delivery times (ETAs) are subject to change. As CoreWell is an Authorized Dealer for all brands we represent — not the manufacturer — we rely on each supplier’s production and shipping schedules. While we can’t control these external factors, we always communicate updates promptly and transparently.
