Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

In the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned due to damage, non-functioning condition, or if the product never arrived (CoreWell will verify).

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by our support team.

As a result, refund processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer’s policies and review process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a standard processing window (usually 5–10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@feelcorewell.com within 30 days of delivery.
