Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us at info@feelcorewell.com and our team will resend your digital receipt.
After receiving your order, we immediately begin processing and verifying product availability. If an item is in stock, your payment will be processed and your order will move into shipment preparation. If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we’ll reach out via email to confirm whether you’d like to keep the order or receive a full refund.
Order Shipment
Please refer to the lead times listed on each product page for accurate shipping estimates. Once shipped, most items arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location and product type.
Due to high demand, certain premium products may occasionally be placed on backorder. You can contact our customer care team at any time to confirm availability or lead time updates.
We’ll provide tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking details within four business days, please reach out to us at info@feelcorewell.com.
For large freight shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery. Our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Product Quality Guarantee
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect all packaging and items upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, refuse the shipment and note the issue on the delivery receipt.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@feelcorewell.com with supporting photos. Our team will assist with an insurance claim and coordinate a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Most CoreWell products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, parts, and materials.
Returns Process
To start a return, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any item back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. Certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs (including “free shipping” promotions) are non-refundable.
Damage or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or missing parts, CoreWell will cover all costs associated with replacement or return shipping. Please document the issue with photos and report it within 7 days of delivery.
Customer Remorse
If you decide to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Compliance Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that any product purchased from CoreWell complies with local building, electrical, or safety codes. If your product requires inspection or certification by a local authority, please confirm specific requirements prior to purchase.
