If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you by email to confirm whether you’d like to wait for restock or cancel for a full refund.
If your items are in stock, they’ll move directly into preparation for shipment.
Order Shipment
Please refer to the product page for estimated lead times. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Due to demand and supplier inventory, certain products may occasionally be available for backorder only. To check the most accurate availability, contact our support team.

For large or heavy items shipping via freight, a signature will be required upon delivery. The carrier will call to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.
Product Quality Guarantee
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging before signing for delivery.
If you notice visible damage, refuse the shipment and note the issue on the delivery receipt.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us immediately at info@corewell.com with photos of the damage.
We’ll file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations & Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
If the product is defective or arrives damaged, CoreWell will cover all return shipping costs and restocking fees.
If you’re returning an item for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping and applicable restocking fee. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining balance.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — please contact us to request one before shipping your item back.
In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping and the original delivery cost are non-refundable, even on orders that included “free shipping.”
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
